Blog Post Title Three

Before I started Mark’s workouts I always had knee pain no matter what I did. I would lift weights, try running, eat as healthy as possible, but I was still not seeing the results I desired. I was skeptical at first, doing his workouts. Initially, I still incorporated my own workouts along with his exercises, but I saw a tremendous difference.

I didn’t understand how the entire body is connected and that in order to help my knee everything had to be targeted. I’ve seen more results doing Mark’s exercises than when I did my previous routine. I’ve also found that I no longer have chronic knee pain and I was finally able to run 3 miles without pain. I even started to get abs! Overall, I’m forever grateful to Mark for holding me accountable in order to accomplish my goals.

Blog Post Title One

Three months ago when I was having back pain, I cleaned up the front yard on a day I was feeling the best I had felt in months. Thinking my back would be completely fine, and also thinking my muscles would be better than they ever were, etc. etc., I reached an hour and a half of semi-easy yardwork of raking picking up leaves, and shoveling.

I came into the house and was completely spent. My back was killing me and it took me over a week to get to a point where I just felt halfway normal again. Emphasis on halfway. I’ve been with Mark now for 11 weeks and I just went outside and did the same amount of yardwork and after coming back inside I feel ...normal. I don’t have pain.

I don’t have tension. I don’t have aching. I felt like my muscles worked the way they were supposed to and I’m ready for my next task. Just like I remember being when I was younger. I owe 100% of that to Mark. I am BACK. Pun intended.‘
